Crease-Laundry Service

My wife and I were traveling to Glasgow for the first time and needed to do some laundry. This location had rave reviews and rightfully so - Yousef was very kind and helpful and the self service was quick and simple for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend :)

Very quick service. 70 minutes. Was a nice place to sit and chat while it was finishing up. Will use again. Gentleman very tentative to needs of the customer. This level of customer service is not usually found in Scotland.

I've used this service twice earlier this month when my washing machine was broken. The service was quick, easy and price very reasonable. The owner is really friendly and helpful. You can sit and wait for the express wash (20-30 mins) on one of the comfy old cinema seats, or nip to a nearby cafe and come back. You can use their detergent or bring your own, as I did the first time. Great service - highly recommend.

Brilliant Service! I had never been before and arrived at 4pm with 8 bags of washing to do before the place was due to close at 6pm. The guy was super friendly. He cleared 4 machines which was enough for what I had brought with me, then he set all the machines up, showed me how to work them, and helped to move the loads from the washing to the spinner and then to the dryer. Whilst the washes were on I was able to leave and grab a coffee whilst he watched the machines, and when I returned he helped me fold and bag my clothes ready to take away when my lift arrived to pick me up. I'll definitely be back!

Great place! Myself and my partner were in to do some rush laundry for some guests coming to stay. The machines were fast and powerful, just popped out for a coffee to wait and then back again to dry the stuff. It's even a comfy place to sit and chill waiting for the dryers to finish. Yusuf was very friendly and helpful - showed me the amazing machine they have for pressing shirts - something straight out of science fiction.

Very welcoming and friendly couple who provided a very efficient service. The launderette looks more inviting since being refurbished. Also loved the banter! I'd definitely use their services again. Wish them all the best.

Went here to get our washing done after coming back from a hiking tour in the Highlands and before heading to Dublin for our next stop. We were met by excellent service and the exceptionally friendly and forthcoming owner who helped us out with everything. Thanks a lot mate and keep up the great work! If you ever feel like opening a laundry service in Germany, you already have your first loyal customers convinced ;-)

I do not normally review places that I visit, but thought this place deserved a mention, Old Betsy my washer broke down over the weekend, so I thought I would drive down to this place as the reviews were pretty good. The launderette was very clean, tidy & organised, good size washing machines & dryers, the lady owner was very delightful & helpful, a quick 30 minute wash & 20 minute dry & my clothes were ready, I decided to get some of my shirts pressed at the same time, I must admit the shirt service here is Impressive , they press the shirts by machine and the finish on my Thomas Pink shirts was superb,top notch, all in all a great little laundromat , with excellent customer service. I will defiantly use the shirt service on a regular basis.

Owners were polite, friendly and helpful. Their services were exactly as promised. Our groups laundry was sorted. washed, dried, and folded well. Everything looked clean and smelled fresh. On top of the excellent service, their prices were very reasonable. We DEFINITELY will use them again as we have need.

The service (owner/male) was very helpful, very friendly and an all around a wonderful person. The laundry itself took less than an hour to wash and dry. The owner suggested a cafe while our laundry was washing. Great suggestion. They have large drums to wash larger loads all at once. I recommend this laundromat if you are visiting Glasgow, Scotland and are in need of clean clothes.
