🥂🍻 CRGP were delighted to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to Castle Leisure Group for the refurbishment of the 29,000 square feet of the former Scotsman print works at Market Street in Edinburgh.
Located within stumbling distance of Edinburgh Waverley Station, Brewhemia Edinburgh provides a multi-sectioned venue with five distinct areas – The Tap Room, The Caffe, The Prosecco Bar, The Beer Palace, The Boudoir and The Bothy, offering a mix of open s...paces and cosy nooks. The Beer Palace is at the heart of Brewhemia and displays six giant copper beer tanks, while cosy booths in the Caffe provide a place for a quiet coffee.
Castle Leisure Group describe Brewhemia as: ‘’Our story is one steeped in adventure, a love of great food, drinks and a passion for theatrics. A haven for those with a thirst for discovery, tank fresh beer, artisan coffee, fresh Scottish scran, cocktails and super fine wine. Indulge your senses and share in the wonder of Brewhemia.’’
The £2million investment has allowed Castle Leisure Group to create Edinburgh’s largest licensed restaurant and bar, serving from breakfast to bed time.
Brewhemia has been nominated for two 2018 DRAM Scotland awards.

🏨 We are delighted to see completion of the new ibis Styles Glasgow Centre West. Thomas Johnstone Ltd were main contractor providing 137 bedrooms and a Tinderbox coffee bar, with the former Douglas House offices looking great. A terrific Glasgow music scene theme runs through the hotel also, giving it some great character too.
