Critical Intelligence can cater for all of your Leadership Development Needs. Current development programmes include;Foundation Leadership – helping delegates understand foundation leadership by exploring styles, behaviours and decision making. Workplace Leadership – helping delegates understand how to get the best from leading teams of people. Providing practical skills by exploring styles, behaviours and decision making. Developing Young Leaders – exploring leadership to help young people understand leadership and most importantly, to provide practical behaviours to improve their skills. Leadership in Sport – exploring leadership in the sports context helping delegates understand different techniques to lead people when they have no ‘legitimate authority'. Crisis Leadership – exploring techniques to help delegates lead people at times of crisis when they are most stressed. Building Stronger People – This programme is specifically designed to help build resilience, self-confidence, tenacity and focusing in the moment. The programmes are very interactive and challenging in design and require significant delegate participation. All programmes have been developed and are delivered by Company Director Fraser Burr who spent 30 years being developed as a leader in the Fire and Rescue Service before he left the service as an Area Commander. Fraser developed many skills and gained significant experience in strategic leadership and gained the rank of Area Commander. In his last role in the service Fraser was appointed as a ‘Local Senior Officer' responsible for the delivery of fire and rescue emergency response and community safety. He achieved this through leading 450 firefighters and officers across 40 fire stations. As part of his service Fraser attended large and complex emergency incidents and assumed command of these incidents acting as Incident Commander responsible for leading crews bring the incident to a safe and effective conclusion.
