Christmas at the Croft!

What a fabulous Christmas we had here. Our third visit and not our last.

We had a wonderful week in absolute tranquility where every need was catered for. The view from every window was perfect - we watched storms roll in and enjoyed countless sunrises and sunsets. Would recommend the scallops from the fish man on Wednesdays :)

Unparalled beauty and luxury here in The Far North of Scotland.

This is the most amazing place we have stayed, to wake up over looking the stunning view every morning was truly beautiful. The beaches around the area have beautiful white sands and clear blue sea. Our dog Spud had a fabulous time, all the walks and the Croft was nice and safe for him. The bathroom is mind blowing, to relax in a hot bath after a long walk with a glass of wine and just chill, looking out on to the view, was pure heaven. We didn't want to leave and shall definitely be back. It's well worth a visit, amazing, fantastic, wow !

This is our fourth stay in 5 years, we can't help but keep coming back. Staying in your own dog friendly eco lodge, surrounded by the most beautiful scenery and every night watching otters in the loch in front of you is just a must for any nature lover. A short car trip out and you're seeing puffins, seals, more otters, razor bills. Look high in the sky above you to spot Golden Eagles and a walk along the coast line you can see Sea Eagles. Last year 5 Orca's were spotted in the loch, and if that isn't enough to tempt you, Croft 103 itself is pure luxury. The finest bed linens, towels, a kitchen equipped with everything you'd need for a banquet, beautiful designer furniture, local art, local stone, local tiles. Truly every aspect of Croft has been carefully considered to maximise comfort, relaxation and enjoyment. The glass front Hill Cottage sits higher up than Shore, has a different layout, and is my personal favourite. To me Hill Cottage feels slightly more spacious (in reality there is little difference). Shore Cottage sits right on the shore as the name would suggest, whilst otter action is visible from both properties, you're closer here. So really, what's not to like here? It is such a special place and truly worth a visit.

Lovely accommodation with a stunning view of Loch Eriboll and over to Ben Hope, we didn't want to come home! Although we were lucky with the weather it is one of those places you wouldn't care if it rained! A real bit of luxury with the icing on the cake being that it is dog friendly, our pooch had a ball! We will be back!

Croft 103 was fabulous. All the amenities from home were there for your use and then there's the view of Loch Eriboll and Ben Hope. Waking up to a picturesque view was just breathtaking. Fiona and Robbie were fantastic and very helpful. Will definitely stay at their properties again! Thank you!
