Lovingly upgraded self catering cottages in Highland Perthshire. Croftness is an old converted farm steading that dates back to 1800s. It comprises of four properties over six acres of land.

The perfect location for a memorable trip to Highland Perthshire. Beautifully situated on a hillside above the attractive town of Aberfeldy, these lovingly upgraded cottages enjoy panoramic views over the historic Birks of Aberfeldy and the Tay Valley and offer the perfect balance between 'being away from it all' while still being able to walk into Aberfeldy. All cottages are finished to a high standard so you can enjoy being in a traditional cottage that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
If an active holiday is your thing we are located perfectly for all outdoor activities. We can run tailor made days for you in the hills or on the water through our sister business Ocean Alba. Just contact us directly and we would be happy to help create your adventure!
If you prefer to keep it more indoors don't fret! Croftness is the ideal place to hunker down with the fire on and enjoy the outdoors from behind a window! Aberfeldy is a short walk and an even shorter drive and has excellent shops, pubs, restaurants and visitor attractions. A lovely country club is within 1 /2 a mile and offers quality food and drink. Pitlochry, home to the renowned Festival Theatre, is 15 miles away and Perth is 30 miles away.
Enjoy a scenic drive? Who doesn't! ! There are endless day trips up into stunning highland glens and over mountain roads (if the weather permits! ) If you need any inspiration we would be happy to help!
Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric, heating and supply of solid fuel.
Outside: garden areas with patios, garden furniture chimneas and BBQs.
Cot and high chair available.
Well behaved pets are also welcome.

We have availability for the weekend of the Aberfeldy festival (2nd and 3rd Nov) in the Cottage (2 bedroom) and the Farmhouse (3 bedroom + sofa bed). Catch some live music and stay in some beautiful accommodation 🤗
Well it’s done!! We are so happy to share these photos of our absolutely stunning Farmhouse with you all. We have spent 2 years making our fabulous properties even better, in that time we’ve also welcomed a baby and two chickens into the family (the baby is probably a bigger deal than the chickens!) and we’re about to host a very special family wedding at Croftness. We are so excited to welcome our future guests to the Farmhouse. We are pleased to present this 3 kingsize ensuite bedrooms (one of which can be twin) plus TV/sofabed room suitable for child/small adult. This property has been fully refurbished and furnished to an exceptional standard. Complete with a large garden, raised patio and hot tub this is an incredible place to spend time with friends or family. You can even bring your four legged friend!

***WEEK AVAILABLE*** 15th-22nd September has become available in our beautiful Bothy. This one bedroom cottage is dog friendly and has stunning views from the private patio overlooking the giant trees of the Birks and the Tay Valley. There is an open fire in the living area and the bedroom has an amazing ensuite. Price is £500 for the week (£20 extra charge for a dog).
We had such a fabulous time staying here last week. The cottage was stunning, beautifully furnished and it was so peaceful & relaxing!
Spent the weekend here. Spotlessly clean Fantastic accommodation with loads of character and very high spec. Only a short stroll into aberfeldy where you'll find bars, places to eat and all the usual amenities. Would definitely return.
Only been here 1 full day so far and it's absolutely fantastic. Cottage is beautifully done and already looking forward to coming back!
It's been a couple of weeks since we were there but it's a fabulous place and we can't recommend enough! The cottage was stunning and the location was perfect. Our boys loved it with all the walks nearby! Perfect time and the perfect place to go anytime of year!
Had an absolutely fabulous weekend in Aberfeldy � the cottage was gorgeous, everything you need for a chilled out holiday, I managed a cycle, visited the Crannog & the Queens View. I'd like to return once finished cancer treatment for some MTB fun.��� Highly recommended xx
