It is firework season again and this can be a difficult time for your pets. The RSPCA has made an excellent video giving practical advice to help you keep your pet safe and happy :) We still have availability for Halloween and Bonfire Night and, being surrounded by forest, the kennel and cattery can offer a peaceful retreat from fireworks at this time of year.

wouldn't put my 3 dogs any whare else!! great kennels and aftercare after one of them needing surgery to remove a tooth!!

When I visited the cattery, I knew straight away that Crowbank was the perfect place for Karma and Spyro's 5-week 'vacation'.The accommodation is spacious, clean and very comfortable, a fantastic big climbing frame included and an exciting stairway up to the heated sleeping quarters. As for the proprietors, Eran and Fiona, there are simply no words to describe this amazing couple!!! They are not only professional to the nth degree, but they are sooooo caring! Karma really doesn't take too well to people - she's been exceptionally nervous since the long-haul flight from Kuwait a year ago - and yet she didn't object whatsoever to Eran scooping her up in his arms. Spyro just cuddled into Fiona like he'd known her all his life. My babies knew they were in safe hands, and that certainly made it easier for me and my conscience when it was time to leave them. Careful notes were taken regarding food/feeding preferences, grooming preferences and playtime preferences. While I was away, Karma needed a consultation with her vet, after vomitting up some blood, so very special thanks to Eran and Fiona for attending to that!

I'd like to add that my original trip was scheduled for the end of February, when the weather was at its worst and my car was snowed in. Eran came out in BLIZZARD conditions to take Karma and Spyro up to Crowbank. My flight ended up being cancelled while my babies got snowed in at Crowbank for 4 days and enjoyed a short break till the weather improved. I truly cannot praise Eran and Fiona enough and I can't thank them enough!

We wouldn't put our 4 dogs anywhere else! The staff are fantastic with our dogs, even though 1 can be reactive when scared. Thoroughly recommended!

We picked up our dogs Alfie and Maisie after a three night stay at Crowbank for the very first time, they came back happy and relaxed as if they hadn't missed us. Thank you for looking after them so well, we will see you in the summer xxx

We have just picked up our dog Whisky this morning from her first stay at Crowbank kennels. She looks as though she has had an amazing time. We've used another kennel before and she was so frantic and hoarse when we picked her up but when picking her up from Crowbank she is so calm and happy. Seeing the owner interact with Whisky, you can tell she has a genuine love of animals and understands their (and their owners) needs. The fantastic level of care she has received is evident and we are about to confirm dates for our next holiday with Crowbank so Whisky can have here holiday here again. I would not hesitate to recommend. Lovely people, lovely kennels and completely trustworthy to leave your furbaby with. Thanks!

Picked up our pupper yesterday and he had a fantastic time at Crowbank! He was a bit frightened to start with as it was his 1st time in the kennels but they looked after him so well even letting him move in with them for a couple of days lol. The staff are fantastic and look after the dogs superbly. I have always put my dogs in Crowbank and would never use anywhere else due to peace of mind and knowing that my dog is in the best hands. Freddie will be back soon for another holiday ��� xxx

Our dog has been staying at Crowbank for holidays for a year or so now and the service we receive is second to none every time. He is remembered and welcomed and looked after as well as he would be at home. He can be a handful at times but the staff are more than capable of dealing with his boisterous ways! Thanks again!

Our dog Gus was an anxious wee guy, we always struggled to find care for him when we went on holiday. His first visit with Crowbank was a few years ago now and he came home happy, settled and stress free, this had never happened before.

The team listened, and enacted on the fact that he wasn’t good around other dogs this made his stay a pleasant one.

Over the past few years he has stayed 3-4 times per year and always seems to have enjoyed himself.

Sadly we had to cancel this summers stay as Gus has now passed away. Crowbank very kindly refunded our deposit which I had not expected.

We fully intend to get a new puppy in a few months or so, and we will definitely use Crowbank Kennels again.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their service.

Our boys stayed at Crowbank last week. They are 15 month old lab brothers and a handful! This did not seem to phase the lovely owners or their staff...we were welcomed with opened arms even after they both had a 'wee' accident in reception! Not a great start but all dealt with quietly and efficiently! Our boys came home healthy and happy and smelling beautiful....thank you for your excellent care of our two boisterous dogs! We will be back....if you will have them! 5 stars from us.

Our bouncy GSD girl Cuilean is in Crowbank for 2 weeks as I come home from major surgery. Her care is NOT on my list of worries. Whenever she is with Fiona Eran and their staff, she is in heaven. Doesn't even look back as she walks off . No tears, backwards looks or misery. Makes us feel like we've been forgotten immediately. She is not good with little dogs and Crowbank understand this and accommodate her. I cannot praise them highly enough and have recommended them to several friends who now use them. A great place for our fur babies and a wonderful staff. 10 out of 10 and a gold star too.

Oscar has just returned from 10 days at Crowbank he loves having his holidays with Auntie Fiona,Eran and all the amazing staff .

When Oscar realises his bag is packed and ready for his stay at Crowbank he starts a high pitch bark and wants to go in the car to see his friends .

It is fantastic when you go away and know how very well Oscar is being looked after and you don’t need to worry while you are away as he is having a fantastic holiday also .

We have been using the kennels for years now and use it many time a year dont know what Oscar would do without his Auntie Fiona and his cuddles from all the amazing staff .

Ollie returned from a 7 day trip at Crowbank where it was clear that he enjoyed his stay as he was sad to leave. He looked really healthy and well looked after, he will be back again soon!

Lovely staff who are always willing to personalise our cats stay. Gracie has been visiting the cat hotel for a couple of years now and we have always been delighted with her care.

Izzy is back from her very first stay excellent service and staff thank you for looking after her and she will be back in October.

I gave 5 stars as 6 is not an option. We cannot praise Fiona Eran and the staff at Crowbank enough. Our two boys always love their stay there, Fiona, Eran and the girls over the years they have established such a lovely relationship with them. They are always excited to go there and also happy to come home. Fiona pays attention to the smallest detail to ensure they are loved, safe and comfortable there. We are so blessed to have found Crowbank- even if a wee bit farther away from us, definitely worth the travel, knowing they always go the extra mile for my boys. Thank you all! Hi Eran & Fiona, thanks for taking such good care of our dog Lola while we were on holiday for two weeks. This was Lola's second stay with you and we are very happy at the care and attention given to her :-)

Five star kennels with 5 star, top notch staff. This was our first time using kennels and we have just booked her back in for her next visit. I was impressed that they were very thorough when checking that all vaccinations etc were up to date, that made me confident that Molly would be safe and healthy. I was given a quick tour and again I was impressed at how spotless it is and lots of bedding being washed and toys on the washing line. Lots of room in individual kennels and huge play run with beautiful grounds for their walks.

The best thing was that Molly was happy and calm when we picked her up and all the staff said she was a sweetie.

Fiona and Eran have been looking after Mabel for me on a regular basis for the past ten weeks. I couldn’t ask for a better service. They go the extra mile to make sure Mabel is well looked after and have been helping with all her training. The kennels are beautifully kept, the staff are delightful and Mabel couldn’t be happier. You should see Mabel’s reaction when she arrives, so much excitement in her I sometimes think she prefers Fiona and Erans company more than mine�Thank you for all your help. Well done to all at Crowbank, I highly recommend this kennels to anyone needing care with their animals.
