Was here for a meal with our lip reading group. Wow wow wow in so many factors!! All our requirements were met with regards to our hearing, lovely quiet room and the ambience was just beautiful. The waiter looking after us was very friendly and very helpful. As for the meal, it was excellent, presentation was amazing and tasted as good as it looked. First time I'd been to this hotel and it certainly won't be the last. I highly recommend trying it out. 5�����'s from me xx

WOW just home after a brilliant night, food amazing!!!!! Staff friendly and no rush for us to leave after our food, we were left to just blether, would highly recommend this place

Myself and my 2 sister's attended a wedding here yesterday. We also spent the night. We also had a meal in there restaurant. And I have to say beautiful hotel. Room was very clean Food very enjoyable reasonable priced. The staff are absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

Myself and Kelly Got Married here on Valentines day 2015. Every little detail for our day was PERFECT every member of staff on the day were great, happy and very helpful in every way. Dani does a fantastic job arranging everything to the finest quality and detail :) Meal was outstanding and well worth every single penny, all our guests loved it and still speak of the day and night they had at our Wedding.

Fantastic lunch!!! Staff, especially the waitress, was so accommodating and helpful as I needed gluten free. She checked everything for me , two courses 9.95!!! Amazing value. Highly recommended... Well done guys thank you for your care and attention xxxx

Could not praise this hotel enough for putting on a room for a hen party,they went above and beyond any duties,as the wedding is booked there for June can't wait for it the food was amazing and very reasonably priced the staff looking after our every need were fantastic..... Highly recommend here even for a family party or evening meal.

Central located with parking and friendly local staff who can't do enough for you..breakfast amazing and a bar full of characters and fine menu or bar grub!They all will go out of there way to make your stay memorable!(I have been staying here regularly for one or nights 2 monthly for about 4 years and it's well worth Staying and will not break the bank)

Had Christmas lunch here . A family of 5. The reason I only gave this 3 is that on the day the total lack of waiting staff was a disgrace. The waiting staff on duty did their best but were harassed because there just wasn't enough of them. Taken to our table then left until I had to eventually go to a waitress and ask could she take our order after waiting about half an hour and nobody came to see us. Got our 1st course waited ages after that then someone came and asked were we waiting for our dessert. No we hadn't had our main course!!!! Eventually big panic and two people served our main course. Waited ages for our dessert. No coffee offered afterwards . Nobody came near us to ask if everything was ok. No personal touch as lack of staff on duty made them too busy. The food was lovely, compliments to the chef. Just a pity you couldn't do your chef the courtesy of getting more waiting staff and making it an enjoyable day with a lovely meal. Instead it was a lovely meal but not an enjoyable experience. We go out every year for a meal and I've never experienced such a lack of staff and personal service on Christmas Day. Very disappointing
