Very friendly helpful staff. Everything was dealt with fast and efficiently and would definitely use Crown Motors again.

I telephoned and spoke to a salesman. It was like pulling teeth trying to get information out of him. He huffed and puffed when I asked him for the date of registration of the car. Is it necessary he said. Of course it is because the car is still under manufacturers warranty. In my opinion, a disgusting ploy is to ask the customer what he wants for the car instead of placing a value on it. He must have software that allows him to see when my p/x was last valued and asked me what that dealer had valued the car at. I've bought over 36 cars in my lifetime and know the game. I wasn't in the slightest impressed with the standard of customer service and made a point of telling the gentleman. Very unprofessional. Anyone would think THEY are doing me a favour selling me a car. Next time, have a degree of courtesy and respect. I will never be phoning back

Fantastic service - wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. Been a customer of Crown Motors since 1998. Always helpful, courteous and efficient. Prices are fair, workshop facilities are great and customer service is excellent. A great family run business with true and proper focus on delivering value to the customer.
