Crowwood House Hotel

Avoid Avoid Avoid, the hotel is not worth for a penny and even a single star, we book 3 rooms when we went there weird smell in all the rooms beds, carpet and sofas they all are very dirty. We did complain nothing happen then we left in few minutes no refund nothing completely disappointment waste of money and time.

The room was OK and just about what we expected. However, we felt the breakfast, which was around an average price for a family of four, was fairly terrible. Several parts of the full English offered (and requested) were completely missing, along with one order of toast. What did arrive was of fairly bad quality and also lacking in quantity. What seemed to be half an egg shell was also present in the omelette. Stuck around for 15 minutes to mention it but the service was non existent and we had to a schedule to keep, so we had to leave. Pastries were offered but not available, and even butter for the toast wasn't available either. Condiments had to be requested at the kitchen and were not offered. Fine for a bare bones overnight stay, but go elsewhere if you need a breakfast.

Attended a ruby wedding anniversary, place was decent, bar staff friendly enough and the buffet was rather tasty

Been here a few times and now having my wedding here March 2018. Staff are friendly and helpful Hotel was clean. Breakfast was lovely and main meal good choices. Went to a Neil Dimond tribute night which was great

Hotel is a little out dated and in need of a coat of paint. The food was alright, the staff are lovely

Went to Elvis tribute act on Saturday and had a great night out , the female DJ playing the tunes was brilliant and new what the crowd liked , the food was also very nice and well presented , and then Elvis he was one of the best impersonator I have seen . Will definetly be back Linda and Marion

The toilets were filthy & falling apart! The toilet seat actually fell off.
The food was overcooked ,cold &very basic.
The service was slow. Half of ourgroup had eaten when the rest were served! That was the same for each course. The room was cold. Need i go on.......
I would never go back. The company was lovely & that made up for everything else.

Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Food and service was good. No complaints.
