Rented a student flat with this agency for a year and had no issues what so ever.

Our letting agent, Dean, was always on hand and responded to maintenance and other enquires quickly and with fantastic customer service. He is someone we knew we could rely on throughout the year and his manner and services were greatly appreciated and did not go unnoticed.

It makes all the difference when you have staff like this willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend this service.

Myself and three friends from university recently rented a flat through Cullen Property, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. They are professional, efficient and the property was lovely, clean and well kept when we moved into it - any issues we had were resolved immediately! We were in direct contact with Dean Archbold, he was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs as tenants and represented Cullen Property extremely well - I can only recommend you request Dean to oversee your tenancy. Excellent service throughout my tenancy from Dean at Cullen. Issues dealt with promptly and great communication. A really thorough audit of damage etc at the beginning of the tenancy with photos left me feeling confident that we were unlikely to have massive issues down the track. Have had other horrible experiences in Edinburgh with landlords so this was a refreshing change!

I recently had a tenancy with Cullen property. They were very easy to contact and the flat itself was fantastic. Maintenance work usually took a medium length of time to complete but often required a number of communication attempts. This improved dramatically when we got a new property manager (Vicky = very nice and helpful!)

I was very happy with my tenancy and the flat in general but was told I would be charged approx £45 (which is per tenant) to obtain a reference for my next landlord when I moved out. Thankfully, my next landlord was able to work around and use my old tenancy references. £45 per tenant is an extortionate price and completely unreasonable for a reference only. As a result, I would recommend Cullen to a friend but would warn them regarding this fee.

I recently moved from a flat I was renting through Cullen property, and even though my rental agreement was for 12 months they were incredibly swift and responsive in helping me end my contract 6 months ahead of schedule. The flat was incredibly lovely, and was obviously kept very clean and tended to throughout various tenancies. As far as rental agencies go, they are good in ensuring both they as the property manager and you as the tenant are well-informed and clear on conditions of contract. Of the staff that I interacted with, Vicky McLean was - not only the most kind and patient Cullen member (which is actually really helpful when you are an expat such as myself) - but also quick to respond and made the check-in/check-out process super easy and transparent. I've given 4/5 as there were a few emails I sent that went unanswered, but all-in-all I would recommend Cullen Property as a rental agency.

Cullen Property Management have handled the rental of my property in Edinburgh for over 10 years, and in all that time, it's only be empty a handful of days. They have handled transition of tenants, repair and maintenance of the flat and building questions, alerted me to landlord registration, and to be honest, given me peace-of-mind for keeping it ticking over while I live many, many miles away. I give them high marks and am very happy with the value I receive from their management process. Thanks Cullen Team!

My wife and I have had 4 properties under management by Cullen Property for 5/6 years .We have always found their service to be excellent ,both in assisting with the acquiring of properties and the management thereafter.We believe that the service that they provide to the tenants must be equally favourable as we regularly and promptly receive notification of any problems being faced by our tenants with a quote for repairs.With our authority ,which is also given promptly,Cullen have always in our experience dealt efficiently and quickly with such matters.

Have just moved into a flat with Cullen Property (my first experience of the letting agency having rented in Edinburgh for 6+ years) and have to say I'm impressed with the service so far.

No problems with the lease signing and deposits etc (in fact, we had actually accidentally paid too much for the first month and they emailed to let us know and transferred us the money back that day - most other companies would charge a fee for our stupidity!). They have been very accommodating with times and dates which suit us.

The agency operate 'check in appointments' which are very helpful as you walk round the property with an agent to ensure any faults are listed on the inventory and you're happy with the place. Our property manager Dean Archbold was absolutely lovely and just so helpful. It's great to have a clear POC throughout a tenancy.

So far, Cullen Property seems very open and transparent and Dean has answered and acted on any queries we've had extremely quickly - long may it continue!

We lived in one of the properties managed by Cullen property for just under 2 years, and had a great experience - Our property manager, Vicky McLean, was really approachable and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. The property was kept to a very high standard, and any concern we had was dealt with thoroughly. The new system of reporting issues online proved to be very efficient as well.
