Pupils from S4-S6 are invited to perform in the four major performing arts - music, dance, drama and prose. 1995 ShootingOn Monday 18 September 1995, fourteen year old Malcolm Williams, who was a fourth year pupil at the school, was killed by a ballistic wound from his father's shotgun while at home. There are no known witnesses to the incident. A bench with a commemorative plaque was erected in the school grounds after the incident.
