Kindergym is a structured and supervised class where children between the ages fo 18 months and 5 years can learn to develop social and physical skills. With the accent on fun, a positive attitude to physical activity is quickly created which may develop into a longer-term interest in sport. During each weekly 45 minute (30 minutes for 18mths to 30mths)session enthusiastic leaders help encourage the children to participate in various activities. A variety of large and small gymnastic equipment is used in conjunction with action songs, rhymes and games. Parent and Toddler Kindergym classes are suitable for children aged between 18 months and 3 years.
