WALKING FOOTBALL CANCELLED Sorry but afraid the weather has beaten us again. The lunchtime walking football session is OFF.⛄

Pupils from our Leadership Academy Cumnock Academy and some pupils from Auchinleck Academy taking part in an “Intro to Refereeing” workshop today. Well done everyone.

Football class for girls in P1-3, tonight at Townhead 5pm-6pm. Come along and get involved.
Girls involved in sports feel better about themselves, both physically and socially. It helps to build confidence when you see your skills improving. Other esteem-boosting benefits of sports participation include getting in shape, maintaining a healthy weight, and making new friends.
For girls P4 and up, we have established teams who are always recruiting new players. Get in touch for more details.

All youth games in the WoSYFL have been postponed for Sunday. Therefore all bookings by youth teams tomorrow at Townhead have been cancelled.

With lots of games called off tomorrow.... Townhead is available for training 9am-1pm for any amateur or junior teams. Get in touch for details.

Children will learn how to listen to instructions, translate them into actions and make decisions which along with the fundamental skills of agility balance and coordination are the basis for a great football player or aid in any sport they may decide to try out.

Too many people suffer in silence. We need to keep raising awareness of mental health problems. We need to change attitudes and let people know its ok to not be feeling ok. You are not a burden in any way. Maybe sometimes knowing where to turn to can be a problem. ... There are loads of support groups out there if you want to speak to someone who doesnt know you.
