Maureen Whitelaw, former Cunninghame Housing Association & Cunninghame Furniture Recycling Company Board Member
Cunninghame Housing Association today announced with great sadness that former long serving Board Member Maureen Whitelaw peacefully passed away on Monday 17th June 2019.
Frank Sweeney, Group Chief Executive commented “Maureen an ex school teacher and author was a gifted and wonderful person who as a dedicated Board Member was fully committed to the work of Cunninghame Housing Association and making our communities better places. I am sure you will all join me in expressing our deepest condolences to Maureen’s family at this sad time.”

Congratulations Kevin & Sean pictured here proudly accepting their certificate of Competence on In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment delivered by Derek Milligan from APEX Scotland. One of our aims at CFRC is to upskill and create job opportunities for local people. Kevin McInrue started with CFRC on a temporary contract as a Van/Warehouse Operative and was recently kept on and promoted to our Warehouse Team Leader. Sean McCulloch has only been with us for just over 3 months on a funded position through Community Jobs Scotland. #communityjobsscotland. Both were delighted to have passed this course and it will be a great benefit to the company.
