We did pick a busy day and time to go yet as busy as the staff appeared they were also attentive to us waiting by the door, once a table had finished eating we were seated in under 10 minutes.

Quite a nice selection of teas, we ordered waffles, pancakes both with bacon and maple syrup however for me there could have been easily double the maple syrup.

I would advise they look at the seating plan as all of the tables are close and give off a cramped feeling when seated.

Awful. Save yourself the disappointment.. we waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged whilst waiting at the door, terrible service, the worst (weakest) coffee I've ever had - I even gave the server the opportunity to make it better- still it was terrible! Trying to pay we waited so long I was tempted to just skip out on the bill. Food was rubbish, and they were out of at least half of what we wanted. To top it all of there was no toilet roll or soap in the bathroom .. please. Don't bother.

Food was good, but customer service was not. There was a wasp in the cafe that was bothering multiple customers, including us. The table behind us actually went to another table. The staff just ignored it, and was all in all not very welcoming. Plus, the gluten free sandwiches are much smaller and yet more expensive than the regular sandwiches. Will not be coming back.

A bit girlie. Food is nice. Atmosphere and interiors are ok. Staff not bad. But when you leave from here, your clothe will smell like food for the rest of the day...

Fantastic atmosphere. Great service and friendly staff makes a visit to CUP a cracking worthwhile visit. Well done all.

The selection of soups and paninis is quite decent, it's fairly crowded the staff is nice and you can pay contactless

Nice place to chat, large selection of all teas. However when we asked what tea they'd recommend they said they hadn't tried many of then hence didn't know. Also not a great deal of Alice in wonderland theme could be seen
