Cupar Golf Club will be holding a Quiz Night on Saturday 29th February commencing at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start. All members and guests welcome. Entry is £20 for a team of 4 players. The Around Team will be offering a snack menu on the evening for any hungry quizzers! To enter please contact Craig or email around.cupar@gmail.com. Cupar Sunday Winter Golf League is a new weekly 9 hole competition run during February, March and April.
Open to all male and female members and also non-members
... Entries at the bar in clubhouse and entry also include roll and hot drink every week.
Entry fee is £50 for current members and £65 for non-members.

We are doing our membership offer again for 2020, £199 for new members for their first year.

The Cupar Golf Club Gents Senior Open will be held on Tuesday 28th April. This is an 18 hole strokeplay competition sponsored by Specsavers. Entry is £5 for members and £10 for visitors. Entrants should be aged 55 or over on the date of the competition. Members can enter via their BRS App. Visitors can enter via the clubs website which can be accessed at https://www.brsgolf.com/cupar/opens_home. php.

Course update/winter update- Greens are looking good for time of year despite all the rain we have had recently. Greens are being cut by hand when required to keep them tidy over the winter. They were also sprayed with wetting agent, iron and seaweed to help keep some colour on them going into the depths of winter. There are very little disease on them this year so far and I feel they look healthier than last season at this time.
We have completed the re build on the bunker ...at r/h/s of 9th green and taken away the big hump and reducing the size of it slightly, fitting in with the rest of the bunkers on the course.
We have also made a start to painting some of our course furniture which is important to have ready and fresh for the start of the season.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our members and visitors a Merry Christmas and hope to see you all back on the course for another busy year in 2020.

Looking for a venue for a party, funeral tea or meeting then why not try Cupar Golf Club? Our lounge bar is available for bookings and costs only £20hr. The lounge bar has a capacity of up to 60 people and has stunning views over the golf course. Our meeting room is also available for bookings and costs just £10hr. The meeting room can accommodate up to 15 people. Our on site catering is provided by Around Food & Drink and a typical buffet menu is attached for information. Fancy doing something different to celebrate the New Year? Then why not join us at the Cupar Golf Club Hogmany Party from 9pm to 1am. Tickets cost £8 for adults and £4 for children and includes a glass of bubbles prior to the bells and nibbles.

Christmas has arrived at Cupar Golf Club, with Santa!. For the twelth year, the Club will be collecting and delivering your Xmas cards - around Cupar (town only!) inviting a slightly higher donation of 30p a card - for our great little Club.
Keith Ridley, the Club Captain, explained “we have a number of Club members, well used to walking the Club’s Course, who will do the deliveries - we delivered thousands of cards last year round the town and see this as a great way to r...aise funds for our Golf Club”.
He explained that “this year we again have three collection points for the Xmas cards in the Town” at:-
Gilmour’s, Newsagents”, 94,Bonnygate, “Libo’s Fish and Chips”, 124,Bonnygate “Caring for Cupar”, 54,Crossgate”.
The Collection Points, will accept cards and the 30p per card donations until the last day for collection, which will be Friday 20 December.
We are also be taking and sorting the cards at the Clubhouse, in the good company of our Club Caterer, Craig Trewern. Craig’s catering is open to local residents, as well as Golf Club members and he is now offering our very special Christmas menu, (we do recommend booking Tel 07885662841). Craig’s catering is on Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Over the next few weeks, Golf Club members will be delivering your Xmas cards around the town – to arrive before Christmas and enjoying Craig’s catering! Weather permitting, the Club is also still playing golf and has a winter offer for new members. Enquiries should be made to the Club or through the website www.cupargolfclub.co.uk/
