THE SHOP IS NO LONGER TRADING. CLOSED DOWN ON 31ST DECEMBER 2018

TOMORROW 31ST DECEMBER 2018 CURIOSITY SWEET SHOP, TUDOR TEAROOM AND YANKEE CANDLE SHOP WILL CLOSE AT 3PM. IT WILL NOT BE REOPENING IN 2019😞
TOMORROW WILL BE THE LAST DAY OF TRADING. HOWEVER, YANKEE CANDLES WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE IN THE CURIOSITY CARD SHOP.
... IF YOU ARE IN TOWN TOMORROW POP IN AND SEE ME (BERNIE) AS WE WILL HAVE SOME GOOD BARGAINS AVAILABLE IN THE SWEET SHOP.
I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO GET THE OPPOTUNITY OF THANKING YOU ALL FOR YOUR FRIENDSHIP, YOU HAVE SHOWN TO ME, WHILE I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR MR AND MRS GROGGANS, OVER THE PAST NEARLY 8YEARS I HAVE SOME FANTASTIC MEMORIES AND BEEN SO LUCKY TO HAVE MET SO MANY LOVELY PEOPLE. I PARTICULARLY ENJOYED THE TIMES SPENT WITH THE LOVELY CHILDREN AND THEIR ART WORK.
I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO 2019 WITH ENTHUSIASM AND HAVE NO DOUBT I WILL BE SEEING YOU ALL..

Starting to get dark now so just waiting on Santa🎅 coming. Thank you Bernie, Heather, Katrina, Micheala, Lorraine, Seamus, Michelle, Jean and Bob for making me so welcome in the sweet shop this advent❤. I have had a great time😃. Last full night spent in the Curiosity Shop🙁 Thank you to all the facebook followers and customers who have followed me and to everyone who have come to see me😃. Had a quiet night😴 I was so tired after a very emotional day😴 I hated seeing Bernie talking to all the customers👫. Wishing them a Happy Christmas when, she herself, feels sad🙁 about the shop closing down on 31st December. I will cheer her up tomorrow as she is always the cheerful one😃, Hope I can get her to dress up in her snowman outfit tomorrow☃

Played a few party games with these wee Santas last night!!
Found Great Aunt Flo's favourite chocolates. Rose and Violet Creams. That's another present sorted😃
Great Uncle Choco will be sad😢 to hear that this shop is closing down on 31st Dec. He loved it here last year with all the staff. They even took him on a night out!!
... No night out for me though as they are all too sad😢 for celebrations this year😢😢

This will be the last year I will be here in Dunoon Curiosity Sweet Shop as the shop is closing down on the 31st December😢. I am very sad😢 but will enjoy my last few days here before Santa comes to take me home.
Dunoon Tablet is so tasty and all the other elves will love it so going to get some for them all.

Wow!!! a huge tube of my favourite seets. Jelly beans, just love them! Found somewhere to relax after my adventures. A bit hard though as they are not cushions but draught excluders😃

No christmas cushions for me to relax on as Bernie sold them all😑.
Did a bit of 'tiptoeing' through the christmas flowers. Hope she doesn't sell all these today but she has told me they are a real bargain and should soon be gone.
Had a look at all the liqueur chocolates but will not eat them as they are bad for wee elves.

The noise of the wind outside was frightening me at times. Did a little exploring to try and keep my mind of how scared I was.

I accidently set the mice free🤔. Tried chasing them around the shop to capture them again🙂. That was a mistake. I ended up tangled up in this lot🤕. Still haven't caught them😔!!!

Going visiting over the festive season. Everyone loves a tin of biscuits🎅☃🎄

It was snowing in Dunoon last night. It reminded me of home. I was surprised to find this lovely snowey globe in the Curiosity Sweet Shop complete with Santa inside. Settled down on the cosy Christmas cushions to keep me warm. Luckily there were a few left as they were selling for only £5 each!!!!

Santa has told me not to eat too many sweets!!! But look what I found!!!! Fruit! Lots of Fruit!!!! These are yummy!!😃

Beautiful Christmas table linen and Christmas flowers all at great prices. Pop in and pick up a bargain!!!

Mrs Claus and Great Aunt Flora would love these scarves and look at the 'posh' gloves I have found!!!!

Phew!!! Just had a really stressful night!!!!
Thought I was going to be elfnapped or killed😟!!! Never get a chance to see all the lovely staff here, our facebook followers and customers ever again. Not to mention Santa, Mrs Claus, great uncle Chocco, great aunt Flo and all the other elves back home
... Luckily I saw him first and hid in behind these beautiful Belgium Chocolates. Santa🎅has come and told me all elves are safe now as he was arrested by the police up in Ardenslate😃!!!!!

Had fun playing on the display table last night😃😃 I wonder if Bernie will notice I re- arranged her display😃😃 and built a sledge with the spoon rests😃😃 Love the biscuit tins and no I didn't open one!!!!
