Really lovely place to stop for a few drinks. Excellent wine and beer selection. We opted for a few of the 'by the glass' selection of wines-all very tasty. Staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. An excellent business to run alongside Phillies (which we also love), Curious Liquids has a more chilled-out, relaxing vibe than its neighbour, which is very welcome after a busy day!

My daughter and I visited this beautifully set out quirky, friendly comfortable bar and spirits shop managed by the extremely knowlegable Dayton Joline. We were offered samples of various wines from all over the globe. before settling for a wonderful Western Australian Chardonnay, called LC Hen and Chicken Chardonnay. There is a huge selection of wines, something for eveyone’s palate. There is also a large selection of beers, all reasonably priced.

I was so impressed that I returned the following day to buy some wine to take home.

When I return to Glasgow this is where I will buy good quality wine without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this bar as Dayton has the knowledge to ensure that you will find a wine or beer that you will savour in a lovely comfortable ambient atmosphere.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Great choice of beers and wines . Good choice of Pizzas from Phillies which joins onto Curious liquids although 2 separate businesses. Another good place to visit in Shawlands.
