Curlews Nest is a traditional end of terrace crofters style cottage located on the Hebridean Isle of Raasay which has been fully refurbished to modern standards. The self catering holiday let cottage sleeps 4 guests between one main bedroom with a king size bed and one twin room with 2 single beds with free WiFi throughout.

On the ground floor the cottage includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and washing machine. There is a cosy lounge with a Freeview TV, DVD player and wood burning stove set in a traditional stone fireplace. Off of the lounge there is a bathroom with an over bath electrical shower.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a king size bed and one twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms feature Velux roof windows which keep them light and bright and offer views out to Churchton Bay and the Sound of Raasay. The bedrooms also include Joules and Laura Ashley bed linen, fluffy towels, soft feather pillows and luxury feather quilts.

As you might expect with this style of cottage, the bedrooms upstairs have steeply coombed ceilings and lower than average doors, so taller guests may have to mind their heads. The stair case is also fairly steep, worth bearing in mind with young children.

Outside, the cottage includes 1 off street parking space to the side. At the rear of the cottage is a grassed garden area that backs onto the local playground, with sea views over to the Isle of Skye beyond.
