No acknowledgement from any of the 6 staff as we went from entrance to TV section. Walked round the TVs for 10 to 15 minutes, not approached by any staff, 3 of which were talking to each other close by. I even walked through them, still no one asked if I needed help, so I approached them. Good knowledge from Sony rep but TV was out of stock that he showed me, Sony centre had it in stock, cheaper and far superior service.

I went to enquire why 2 lots of money were taken out of my bank account when it was understood I did not agree to these withdrawals. A letter was sent to currys from my bank requesting not to deduct any amounts. In August this was agreed by the Falkirk shop manager and a refund was given. I have now cancelled the direct debit. In my opinion this is not what I expect from such a large and very well known company. I have spent a lot of time and effort trying to correct this error. I look forward to your investigation and hope you can shed some light on this matter.

Tried to shop at this store yesterday for a kettle, toaster and vacuum cleaner. All these goods are upstairs, only thing is, no member of staff was upstairs in the 15 minutes I was their.
Asked at till for service, and was told to go up and wait till someone from that department was free. Considering we had already been waiting 15 minutes , just walked out.
Also noticed other potential customers who had been upstairs also walked out without getting any assistance.

Excellent choice of products. Very competitive prices and great service. Recommended..

Typical selection of products from most Curry's and PC Worlds - it can take a while to get a hold of a staff member and they don't always appear to be that knowledgeable about the products they sell. I've had a couple of experiences where the information I've been given has just been wrong so if you want to buy from here - do some research on what you're looking for first

I wanted to buy a certain item. I was able to get a demonstration but when it came to buying it I was told that I couldn't as they had none in store. I asked if I can get the one from the shelf but their sales policy didn't allow that.
Their selection of goods weren't too impressive either

A nice clean reasonably large Currys PC World. I believe the merger of the two stores was a good move for the Dixon's group. Lots of these projects fail. However this along with Internet competitive pricing, has in my opinion revived their business. Two things that still makes me scowl are the sales team. They can be pushy and are obviously trying to sell things from the store that are best for their pocket and not necessarily best for the customer. Also the products can be "last season" ( Not the most up to date versions) Probably fine and most customers don't care. However I'm not most customers and when I make what could be a substantial investment. I want the latest tech around.

Went to the Falkirk store with the family in the intention of purchasing a HP Laptop, Spent almost 30 mins of my life standing about looking and waiting at the laptop section to see if anyone could actually be bothered to come over and offer any assistance. This did not happen, Plenty of staff playing what can only be described as hide and seek, clearly not interested in offering any asssistance. Is it possible that We have obtained some fantastic super powers that have turned us all invisible . As a result I wont be offering my hard earned cash to what can only be described as a joke of a store. Customer service training is an absolute must in this store avoid like the plague. I am still £700 Better off to spend in a store that might actually be bothered about sales.

Went for the PCWorld side of the store. I find it quite an expensive store but every now and again you get some decent deals on some items.

Typical electrical store that's part of the Dixon's group. Nice to browse in before going home and ordering the same product online from elsewhere. 🤔

User

Good place for electricals but it takes ages to be served.

Poorly trained, very unhelpful and rude staff went in to purchase a firestick on 23/12 /2016 they told me I wouldnt find any on the shop floor so asked if the had any in back they told me there might be cos there was a delivery of 100 boxes but they wouldn't check or tell me when the delivery would be availiable on shop floor I asked if any other curries would have them they told me i could try stirling so i asked if there was a way they could check before I travelled through, a very nice member of staff from pc world checked and told me they were sold out, which was fine however Gail and Chris (Curry Staff) then go on to make this rediculus story of how amazon had put on hold any deliveries for this item due to massive demand and getting a firestick from curries even via internet was not possible as they were completely sold out from there head office i left the shop and ordered 2 firesticks from curry's website which i received the following day using free next day delivery. From experience curry's as a company is very good & the staff at there falkirk shop excluding a few are just an embarrassment to such a great establishment.

I could go on forever about how Gail spoke to me when asked simple question even when i asked for a manager she told me she would get one then didnt so i stood on the shop floor like a wally waiting for one however point is experiance was bad i will end it there.
