Terrible customer service. I tried to exchange a multi packet of ink cartridges which was bought and are the wrong number for my printer, the guy behind the counter could not have been more rude if he tried, so I have re-ordered what i need from Amazon, and will be using that in future, and I will not be back into any PC world stores ever again. I can now see why people use the internet so much.

Went to get a tele bracket for my 55" Samsung. A young staff member named Pete helped to pick the best bracket for my tele. Fantastic staff member with great service and very outstanding to the customers. Will definitely be back in the future :)

Recently updated now with more of a white goods slant than before. Still has a computer focussed area but shares space with washing machines coffee makers and other household electricals. However a good range and you can always order online to collect in store. Some of their prices are very competitive with other big online retailers and always worth checking their prices.

I went in to get a bog standard everyday use laptop and walked out empty handed. First person who tried to help me was more concerned with adding on extras to the laptop like Microsoft office or anti virus than actually giving me what I wanted which was a basic laptop. Second person proceded to tell me that 5 of the laptops I chose were not in stock. This is the 3rd of December. The run up to Christmas. Utterly useless, why display the laptops if you don't have them to buy there and then? Was then talked out of buying a more basic laptop as they said it would be too slow. Why sell it if it's a poor product? Very poor customer, I went to PCworld to buy a laptop and have nothing to show for it.

It's an electrical store .. staff tend to be harassing you to buy all the time especially product replacement cover which sometimes costs me than the item of purchase.
