Well stocked store selling most brands of electical/electronic goods. Plenty soon to browse around.Well informed staff.

Good range of products but whilst walking round the television area (4 times), not once was I approached by any staff member and I counted 5 in my area mostly talking to one another.

Darren was our server he was brilliant, took time to explain everything very patient as l am not technically minded. Definitely go back.

Paul was the greatest nothing was a problem. To him first class service after walling out of Perth store. For sales man being rude very unhelpful. Dundee. Store was a breath of fresh air well done PAUL. W.

Great when you want to buy stuff from Currys. If you have a genuine reason to return it, they frustrate your attempt every step of the way, even to the point of saying that the returns policy on the website (which I correctly followed) is incorrect... Why should the directors ever wonder why Amazon is the best in customer service? Needless to say I will not be shopping in Currys ever again!

This was a very good store once. Back when it was just Currys without PC World. Also when Comment and other electrical stores were on the go. Now with the competition away, the customers pocket is hit harder. Also stock here isn't kept topped up. Staff here just are not interested. Long waits on large items.
Better to shop online now.

The people who "man" the store seem to think they are doing you a favour by talking to you!

Good selection of products. You'll definitely find that extended warranty you've been looking for.

Very unhelpful customer support line. When I finally got through to talking to a human I waiting for 40 minutes to no avail!
