Currys Pc World Featuring Carphone Warehouse

Was actually at the Carphone Warehouse in Curry's. Always get good service in that department but can't say the same for the rest of the staff. They were more interested in what music they were playing over the system in the shop and didn't seem to be doing much work.

Visited Curry's Dunfermline to look at a new coffee machine. they had 1 but it was the display one and apparently they can't sell they one. But the staff member said Falkirk had one, tried calling them to set aside a number of times but they weren't answering. Checked their stock a few more times to confirm it was in stock so off I set.



Get to Falkirk, no coffee machine, they can't find it, and appear to have sold their display one as well? Also only 2 staff members in the store. I'm told said the closest one is the boarders or Aberdeen and they won't send it from one store to another,so I'd have to drive there to collect!

Shocking customer service. MacBook handed in for minor repair and they dropped it. Took six weeks of chasing and the threat of trading standards before we got it back. Were told we would get full refund of repair but when we went to collect it they denied it and said we had to contact customer services. We refused to leave the shop until it was resolved. They very kindly dialled their customer services telephone number for us and then left us to wait for them to answer. Customer services could not believe how we were being treated. Would not recommend them for anything.

Popped in on Saturday around 5:40pm, aware that the store closed at 6pm as we require a new washing machine. Browsed the selection for a few minutes, all the while, at least 4 staff stood at the end of the aisle, not looking at all interested in assisting and indeed failed to approach or intimate they were available to help! It was quite clear they were winding down before the store closed and didn't want a customer interaction to hinder their chances of finishing on time.

I am a regular customer and this is the worst service I have encountered in your store, bitterly disappointed.
