WOW, what an absolute let down.. Apparently no one cares about customer service or product knowledge anymore.. I went in there today to purchase a Television only to find that I had to find the one that suited me myself, after being told by the salesman 'Jason' that there was nothing else available... Actually looked like he had a rough night before !!
He was so blasé and apathetic about everything I asked him..IF I ever go back I will be making a point of avoiding that so-called sales person. The company should be embarrassed having employees like that.

Will never buy from currys again, shocking service, you cannot contact them to ask any questions. I paid nearly £500 for tv including delivery and set up. Delivery time slot which I paid £20 for and £50 for installation has passed and I have no tv and no explanation
