September is for Strength Training - Strong is Stunning! Meet Lauren Grace Robertson. These photos were taken are a year apart & although i still have work to do i am still super proud of how far I've come. The first picture was the turning point for me, I was disgusted when i saw the photos of me from my brothers wedding last year and needed to do something about it! My brothers wedding was last August. I had put off joining Curves for a long time & then in November i fin...ally plucked up the courage to join and i am so glad i did! My first goal was to feel amazing for my wedding which was in April (5 months later). Did i meet my goal? Well lets just say I LOVE all of my wedding photos in my dress! I feel i was able to reach my first goal due to all of the support & the help from the coaches! Every single one of them are amazing and you always get such a warm welcome on every single visit. No matter what kind of day I've had i always leave feeling soo much better ๐ looking forward to continuing with strength training at curves with all the coaches and members ๐

September is for Strength Training - Strong is Stunning Meet Kara Greenwood These two pictures of me were taken a year apart. I had my first baby a year ago and was not prepared for how my body would change. I thought after pregnancy I would slip back into my own clothes and I would be happy how wrong was I? After a section I couldn't exercise for a while but I think I used that excuse far too long but in May this year I decided to make a change so I joined Curves and I am so glad I did. Curves was the answer for me. Thus is the first time I have ever went to a gym and enjoyed it! The workouts are fab and only take 30 minutes and the support from all of the coaches on every workout is just amazing coaches. I am still working towards my target but 100% happier than this time last year. X
September for STRENGTH TRAINING - Strong is Stunning! Meet Martha Fletcher. After getting to my perfect size last year, I then fell pregnant. With not the best pregnancy i ended up not being mobile and was housebound for the last 3 months of it. I never thought i would be able to get the weight i gained back off again. I started back Curves 12 weeks after having my son on a program that suited me and my situation & loved being back instantly! Im now finally starting to feel like me gain & feeling good about myself & my body. I cant thank curves enough for helping me. I Still have got a bit to go but i can finally say I'm nearly back to my pre pregnancy weight and shape. This picture is me starting curves at the end of may this year and then now ๐ (3 months of strength training and using the Curves Complete meal plans)
September for Strength Training - Strong is Stunning! Meet Minnie McNaught. What can I say my life has changed so much since joining Curves. My health is so much better, i have way more energy than ever before, I take part in circuits, classes and have even taken part in assault courses with these crazy ladies! I had never exercised before Curves & now i don't know what i would do without it, It is my daily dose of ME TIME! I really do feel so good about myself now but I am still on the journey. I know with support of coaches and good friends I have made along the way I can do this! LIFE is good.
To start off our September for STRENGTH TRAINING - Strong is Stunning campaign please meet........ Gillian Cunningham No words can describe the feeling I get when I see my after pics! These pics are only 2 years apart! My story is complicated but the long & short of it is that I separated from my husband & moved 100 miles back home!! I was at a total low in my life, my kids were the only reason I woke up until I found curves! I lost a husband & I lost nearly 3 stone & I had a new lease of life! I left the gym for a 3 month period & felt like I had lost a limb & put on nearly a stone! I decided i needed to re-join. Iโm back & working hard to loose that weight again!! My time at curves is ME time & I love every second of it!! Thank u so much to all the coaches that make me sparkle xx

Yes you've enjoyed the summer holidays, yes you might have overindulged and yes you might have missed more workouts than you'd like BUT its time to get right back on track & i'll let you in on a little secret....MORE than 50% of you are in the same boat, SO make it back Monday (if you arent already back)- set the intention of what you would like to achieve over September and MAKE IT HAPPEN! WHOS IN?
Massive well done to our amazing member Elaine! Elaine joined Curves with a few of her friends last year and has gone from pushing out of a size 18 to a perfect 14! Elaine had to take some time off of Curves to recover after an opperation but she didnt take her eye of the ball & checked in with us every so often to stay on track! As you can see she has completely transformed and we cant wait to see what the next 12 months holds for you. Consistency is absolute key to success - Get started, keep going & see the results! BOOM!
Catherine you continue to amaze us! 11 weeks on curves complete and 18lbs down! Cath works shifts, has two young kids & still manages to fit in her workouts regularly (she even brings the kids when need be) & she meal preps every single week! From joining she has dropped at total of 34lbs and is now in a small size of uniform for work! You are amazing! X
