Curves is the best place for women,the professional instructors motivate you and push you to do your best and its really good fun

It is located above the North Ayrshire Carers Centre, due to this when inside the carers centre there is the constant thumping of people bouncing around. When asked to merely turn the volume of the music down(as understandingly that is the only controllable factor) they refused and to add fuel to the fire, they had turned it up. This happened specifically when there was film production in progress, of which the owner was made aware of. To top it all off, the company is only allocated 6 parking spaces in the small car park behind the building however the customers just take over the carpark and end up blocking fire exits and vehicles.
