This is a brilliant bike shop with excellent staff. I have had a service here and it was really good, they are thorough and it is a very reasonable price. The service is excellent. I also took my bike in for a puncture repair as I was close by when it happened and they fixed it on the spot for me. Highly recommended, go here rather than other bigger chains 100%!

When my trusty old mountain bike gave up the ghost and became too much to maintain, I decided to buy a shiny new hybrid online. It had £100 off and was exactly what I was looking for. I collected it less than half an hour later. The service was excellent. I don't remember any names but every person I spoke to was passionate and knowledgeable about their work and had extremely good, friendly and helpful customer service. They certainly went the extra mile for me. I revisited six weeks later for a free bike check-up and received the same excellent and friendly service. They even remembered me and asked how I was getting on with the bike before they set about checking it. They even threw in a free set of lights when I went to buy some for my friend!! Excellent job, thanks.

Bought my bike from there just over a month ago. Staff (Dan, Jared and Stefan) have been absolutely fantastic, brilliant service. Have all gone to great lengths to get me the bike I wanted, and fix some niggles. Cannot recommend this shop more highly, due to the service received I will always get my kit from there and recommend them to everyone I know.

I can't rate the whole cyclerepublic experience high enough! They all looked after me as if I had paid good money but I was trying to spend little and do repairs myself, what I got, was a first class service without spending much. Great!

Took my Trek fuel in for a silver service - great value at £30. They spotted I'd cracked my front axle & sourced a replacment for me. They also thought my brakes needed some work but I wasn't sure about getting the work done as money is tight right now. However, when I collected my bike they'd done some work on the brakes for free! Fantastic service, it's riding and stopping much better now thanks to Chris & the team.

Booked in a Silver Service, at great value, a few weeks ago. Had a follow up (minor) issue and the staff were all a great help and sorted it in 5 minutes today. Would recommend. Many thanks!
