Our frozen water pipes finally thawed and burst this morning but after some emergency repairs we’ll reopen at 4pm today! Phew!

Unfortunately our Glasgow store has remained shut for yet another day due to frozen water pipes.
All customers that made bookings have been contacted by phone or email. We’re doing everything we can to get back open as soon as possible.

Although our team braved the weather and made it in today, we have been forced to shut as the water pipes are now frozen... sigh!
If anyone has industrial heaters out there then we desperately need them please.

Like many other businesses in Glasgow, we will be closed until at least tomorrow due to the weather.
Keep safe and we’ll see you all for what should be a busy weekend when this snow subsides.

We were looking for something a little different for Saturday night and came across Doner Haus online. We booked a table and when we arrived were very impressed with the restaurant it had a nice feel to it. We ordered drinks whilst we looked over the menu trying to decide what to get I opted for I think it’s called “bratwurst platter” it was quite a feast!! Now we’ve all had the greasy kebab at 3am well this kebab meat bore no resemblance at all to that! it was beautiful meat very tasty and not fatty at all. Can’t wait to call again.

Visited tonight at peak dinner time.. was seated immediately, had my stein within 5 minutes, and the best doner kebab I’ve had in ages within 15minutes! Brilliant food, brilliant service! Swiftly becoming my new favourite place to eat in Glasgow !!!

The food was outstanding! The price was great for what we got, neither me nor my wife could finish it all! We have a new go to restaurant in Glasgow now!

The best kebab in Glasgow, real class. I’m wheat intolerant and they even have an extensive “gluten free” menu!



The quality of the meat was amazing, nothing like any kebab I’ve had before- I had the Frankfurter platter which was a tasty bacon and beef curly sausage with sour kraut, salad, spicy chicken breast and chips, it came with a huge gluten free wrap and a variety of sauces, was delicious and loads to eat, great prices too, worth every penny, excellent selection of German beers also, I’m already planning my next trip!

Currywurst is amazing. Chocolate kebab waffles were incredible. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

Been here twice now and staff are so welcoming and friendly. We’ve stopped in on both occasions for a bottle of wine and their sharing platter which consists of olives, fresh pittas and hummus! Delish! Defo recommend! Food looks fab too but we haven’t been in for dinner yet. Prices very reasonable!

As a German being in Glasgow now for 5 years I was always dreaming of a German kebab shop to open in Glasgow and now it came true AND I'm not disappointed! The meat is delicious and I can't wait for my next visit!

We really enjoyed our meal here. Nothing fancy, but all good - the Pida bread is like a fluffy pillow, and my husbands mixed chilli doner was the best kebab he remembers having. Loads of veggie options too - I had a gemüse kebab with halloumi, so tasty. I think I was dreaming about the chocolate kebab last night, so we'll have to go back.

Our first visit good food and service will be back to try more of the menu. Was surprised by how inexpensive it was and we had plenty to eat

It’s a nice place to try out and wishing it’ll give you the WOW factor on kebabs. Nothing that special. It’s nice but not the most outstanding place in town. Need to go back and try the rest of the menu and decide. Customer service was good, Portion size decent, bread not that fresh and olives wasn’t the best in quality.

I like it with a few "buts"....currywurst-sauce in the döner is not authentic....slow service....and forgot to bring our beer. But otherwise great and wonderful to have a bit of Berlin in Glasgow!

On a busy Saturday evening we were greeted warmly, got a seat, got some drinks, ordered and received our starter. When finished we waited 20 min to have the plates collected & to have more drinks ordered. We had to find and speak to the manager at the desk and the plates were then lifted. A further 10 min after meal while trying to catch the attention of staff for the bill then to get hold of the card machine. The food was fantastic and the restaurant looked great , it was let down by it’s neglectful service.

Great food but really let down by the service on Friday night. Food was slow to arrive then we were totally abandoned after the food was served - we wanted to order more sauces and sides but couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Gave up in the end as the rest of the food was getting cold. Could be amazing if the service was up to scratch.
