We have a position for a full time accounts administrator. Experience working with Sage essential.
Duties will include but are not limited to customer invoicing, credit control, resolving and dealing with customer queries, processing supplier invoices and credit notes, posting and allocating bank payments, procurement of materials, processing of customer payments, controlling petty cash and banking cash/cheques. Assisting with other department...s and the day to day office duties where necessary.
Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and multitask are essential to carry out this position.
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

Cleaner required. 2 days per week, 1.5 hours each day. General cleaning of office areas, toilets, kitchen including hoovering, mopping, dusting, windows, bins/recycling etc. Days are flexible although must not be consecutive. Could be Monday & Thursday, Tuesday & Friday for example. Hours can be flexible but must be within office hours of 0830-1700. Location is Kirkton Industrial Estate, Arbroath.
