How brilliant are these?
We're at the Edinburgh Council Early years conference today and saw these photos of kids at Forest Kindergarten nurseries in Edinburgh.

Great to see this being discussed today, well done to Fathers Network Scotland for obtaining funding for this. More needs to be done to ensure Dads are accepted as part of the maternity process. https://www.scotsman.com/…/fathers-aske d-about-mental-healt…

Our good friends at Dads Rock Academy have some spaces left if you want to learn to rock out with your kids.

Our playgroup Dads really need your help to find the £603 a month it costs to run each one. Please help out by giving a donation, or set up your own fundraising page and give up alcohol/chocolate/caffeine/go on a diet, for the month of January. #dads https://lght.ly/j68icj

What do you think is it an issue? Speaking personally to date, it's only happened once to me that baby changing facilities where in a woman's toilet and due to it being busy I didn't want to go in. https://news.sky.com/…/calls-to-make-ba by-changing-faciliti…

We were at the Christmas party today at whale, had a great time was lovely that us mum's could come too! You all did a great job organising and it just proves dads really do rock :-) x

User

We both really enjoyed our first visit to the dunfermline group. Bruce and the rest of the dads made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be going back again!

User

This is a must for any dad with young children. Such a relaxed atmosphere, and builds stronger bonds and relationships between Fathers and children. if you wanna rock out then this is the place to go.

Dads Rock playgroup for children of 5 and under and their dads/grandpas or male carers has been a superb thing in the life of me and my kids over the last year and a half or so, in some ways it's a traditional playgroup with toys, craft, baking, story, song activities going on each week, and often trips, however I've found that being amongst other Dads has meant that i am often really comfortable and able to have very special fun times with my kids and I've felt really supported in that by the Dads rock guys and the other Dads. There's been lots of laughs too, which are often very welcome when the demands of bringing up a young family have been taking a toll! I'm prettty sure that 'the other half' approves too, she's warmly welcomed to some of the trips and the Christmas party too....hope the 'Dads rock' guys are continually supported, in the support they give!
