Dairy Cottage is our beautiful, dog friendly, 300 year old cottage in Morcombelake, Dorset just 1 mile from the sea that sleeps up to 6 people.

Dairy Cottage is our 300 year old holiday cottage in the heart of Dorset. Situated in the village of Morcombelake, famous for Moore's Biscuit Shop and a few minutes walk from Felicitiy's Farm Shop the cottage is dog friendly and sleeps up to 6 people.

Our lovely white washed, wisteria clad cottage has 3 bedrooms; a master bedroom with kingsize bed, twin room and a flexible downstairs bedroom with zip and link beds enabling you choose between super kingsize or twin beds.

Dog's are welcome, blankets are provided so your dogs can join you on the sofa, we just ask that you use the dog blankets to cover the furnishings first and request that dogs sleep downstairs. Dog bowls, beds and towels are provided and there is a doggy shower on the patio so you can wash off sandy and muddy feet and tummies.

The living room is complete with a wood burning stove in an inglenook fireplace, a first bag of logs is provided to get you going.

The upstairs bathroom has an 'L' shaped shower bath and rainfall shower while downstairs is the gorgeous walk in shower complete with glittery wall.

The kitchen is the surprise, a little different from the rest of the traditional 300 year old feel of the cottage, the kitchen is state of the art. Colourful pastel chairs, blue Gorenje fridge, white gloss cabinets and white glitter glass worksurface.

The decor of Dairy Cottage is themed around the seaside /beach or cows - apt as it's named Dairy Cottage.

Outside there is a large lawn with garden sofa and distant views of the sea which catches the sun all day long. The patio with dining table and bbq is beautifully private for evening supper which the seats at the side of the cottage are a wonderful sun trap for breakfast. The lack of street lights in the village mean that the night sky is striking with views of the milky way on a clear night.
