Always take my Cube Stereo to dales apart from 1 time and then realised why I always went to Dales, The bike does a good few Enduros a year and used about 3 times a week but Dales alway fix my problems. Top Notch!☺

Have been looking for a new road bike for a while and narrowed my search to a Scott. Did the usual Google search and found Dales to be the cheapest in the UK due to the end of season sale. I did my research and the seemed a good company so now worries there. Was I nervous about ordering such a large item - yes. Did I need to worry with these guys - no. I had a slight issue at checkout / payment but phoned Krister who sorted it immediately. The day before delivery I had a call from one of their guys to say the bike had been built and was boxed up and ready to ship. He offered me advice about the DI2 gearing and recommended I downloaded the Shimano APP. The package came in a massive cardboard box via DPD with a notification of a delivery time. Came when it should have. The bike was really well package but 99% assembled and it took minutes to get her up and ready. I then had a follow up call from another one of their guys to check the package had arrived safely and was I happy. Overall I can't fault a single part of the experience and found Dales to be superb (I just wish they weren't 240 miles away because I would love to have them as my LBS). Would I buy another bike from them - Yes. Would I recommend them to you - Yes. 10 out of 10 Dales - thank you again. Mark

I have bought a few things here over the years - a nice saddle, some awesome shoes for commuting/touring and some other wee things, but today I crawled in with a flat rear on my junkyard fixie. Despite me being a mild nuisance, they were very genial, and very helpful. They sold a tyre, but definitely lifted my spirits.

They really are the best in Glasgow. The professional service and advice is unbeatable.

When it comes to bikes, what to get and why is very important. All the people that work here know a lot and offer great recommendations - like nowhere else in Glasgow.

Yes, this store is on the expensive side. But the nature of good cycling products is pricey. If you don't want to pay that much go to Decathlon.

The only downside for me is that they don't offer extra freebies when you spend more than £100. There are places on the internet where they offer some money off or extra future support for your bike. If Dales would offer something extra I would definitely spend more money in the store.

Got my bike fixed up after 10,000 km across South America. The staff have so much knowledge about their products it's not always the most expensive product they recommend for you which I love. My bike was fixed by Jim who's worked as a mechanic at Dales for 26 years. It's rare to find such expertise. I wished I had discovered Dales years ago.

Fantastic customer service very helpful. Gave in a fantastic deal on another bike as there couldn't supply me the bike I was after as it was out of stock from the main supplier until end of Feb! Once they got the next bike in it was built fully & sent next day delivery from Scotland to Poole Dorset! Got it in 1 piece no problem. Thank you very much 1 happy customer 👍😊

Big indie bike shop selling some of the big brands. My favourite bike shop in Glasgow. Good service and friendly staff and quick turnaround on services and repairs.

Great bikes at really good prices, the staff are very helpful and friendly and were very happy to change delivery dates, countries, and times to suit me. My new bike arrived assembled and ready to use along with tea and biscuits, no really for when I finished setting it up. What a lovely touch. My best bike buying experience to date. Great service and very friendly staff. On my first visit to the store i was attended to by Greg. Greg was friendly and very helpful. I ordered a bike for my daily commute to work, however the manufacture no longer had the bike in stock. So visited the store the next to day to pick a replacement. On my second visit i was attended to by Stephen. Stephen was great and very helpful, got a replacement the same day. I haven't ridden since i was a teenager and Stephen advised me on all the kit for my needs. All the staff were friendly and there was a relaxed atmosphere in the store. You can tell the staff enjoy there work. Unfortunately I didn't catch the mechanics name but I really appreciated that he serviced the bike at short notice.

Overall I am very pleased with my bike and the great service at Dales.
