Richard could not be anymore helpful truing a rear wheel for one bike and locating an 11 speed hub body for another wheel for my other road bike.

As on previous visits, Richie, the mechanic homes in on the faulty parts, describes what needs to be done and what the cost will be. Always pleasant and helpful and offers alternatives and useful comment. Bike now returned to me and seems even smoother than when I bought it. Great job! Many thanks!
