Dalgety Bay Sports & Leisure Centre

Great staff, good facilities and excellent instructors...especially Susan Spowart. An outstanding pilates instructor. Everything is explained in detail. The classes are always different so you never get stale doing the same things over again. My wife and I have been going for about 6 months. Its made an enormous difference to us physically.

Its really good as a local sports centre. Small gym, has the basic machines and some free weights. New astroturf too!

This leisure centers calls fall through 90% of the time I can never get through. The Astro is fully booked very often games on the Astro on sat and sundays why can't they play on the grass not on the Astro which the kids need on , I get it when it's raining but not on a sunny 15 degree day ! Overall not the best staff at times some of them are very coprtive and supportive others don't want to be there are lazy and disrespectful ignoring kids at the edge ! It is bang out of order these key aspects are crucial but vending machines are regularly broken and pointless ecer since the co-op was made down the road , to many kids and even adults getting on with out a band yes there is checks but that's people are at least getting 1-2 hours in the pitch if not more with out paying the low cost of a pound that's if they get caught at all! These are my reasons for rating the sports and leisure center dalgety bay 2 stars even though it is still a great place for party's and for younger children to play football and to keep teens of the streets and doing some sport! The games hall is a good place for bagminton and basketball but there has been many injuries caused by the solid floor time for a new one ...? Any way an over all 2 star a very average place!!
