Kristina is a personal trainer with her own private gym In Dalkeith, Midlothian, who is actively involved in the fitness and beauty industry. She owns two beauty salons in Edinburgh and Aberdeen. She is a co-founder and owner of Glam Fitness. Glam Fitness is a ladies health & fitness supplement and sports clothing company.
She offers personal training sessions and beauty treatments from her privately owned gym in Dalkeith, Midlothian, EH22 2QU.
PERSONAL TRAINING:
Kristina will create a fitness plan to suit your individual goals and life style. Many people Kristina spoke to in the past were considering making a change to their lifestyle and wanted to start going to the gym and training. Their concern was lack of confidence due to their size or fitness level or not knowing what exercises to do. Do not worry!
Working from her own privately owned spacious personal gym based in Dalkeith – you can enjoy privacy during 1-2-1 sessions or you can also book a group session and come with a friend. The gym is NOT shared with anyone else, you can rest assured you will be the only person there along with your PT. The gym is fully equipped with cardio vascular and weight training equipment.
She also offers ladies only group fitness classes, classes usually consist of 4-6 people max. So that you get maximum results and attention from your coach during training.
