Meet Elizabeth ❤️
I joined Slimming World in the lead up to my S6 prom. I wanted to drop a few sizes in order to feel my best in my new dress. For around two years my weight had yoyo’d, trying all different sorts of diets - the 5:2, meal replacement shakes etc. Slimming World taught me how to eat healthy and that food is nothing to be afraid of or worry about. It’s now part of my everyday life and I love it so much. I’ve found a whole new confidence in myself and I cannot stop recommending this lifestyle to everyone ! First three pictures are March 2018 and the rest are Feb/March 2019 - around 26lbs of a difference xx

I joined in October for health reasons but more importantly when came back from holiday and showing pics which I always dreaded so thought it was time to bite the bullet.. now at almost 3stone down and 2 sizes in clothes smaller I feel a lot more happier and content in myself (something I never imagined I would be) and having also joined the gym I am loving how much I am pushing myself that little extra at all times. I will admit i have been through tears and tantrums and hit a few walls along the way, but any progress no matter how small is still progress 🙂 xxx

Meet our Gary 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 - first pic was at Lake Louise, about 5 stones heavier and in denial about my weight buying clothes that I could only order from special websites that did "plus sizes". Second pic was last weekend on a rare night away with my fiancé in Dundee - 5 stone 3lbs down since I joined Slimming World in July 2017, and within touching distance of my target now with energy and happiness aplenty!
Totally changed my life and I know that I've learned new healthy habits that will last a lifetime! ❤️

Meet Poalo Mazzucco Story In April 2018 I damaged the ligaments in my knee. I was told I may need an operation to replace my knee. I was advised to loose some weight. In July I damaged my knee further I knew then I needed to do something and take action. I joined Slimming world whiteinch group In July and have lost over 2 stone so far. I am much healthier and no longer need an operation and I love my new body shape and with Esther's help and support of the group I'm a new woman x
