Just a quick note to all of our lovely customers - we will be closing the cafe from Monday 23rd July for our summer break and will be reopening on Friday 3rd August.

Wishing all of our valued customers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
We will be open until 1pm on Sunday 24th December serving breakfast menu only. We will then re open on Wednesday 3rd of January. We look forward to seeing you in the new year 🎅⛄🎉🎄

Hi everyone, it's that time of the year where we close to have our summer break! We will be closed from Friday 22nd July and re-open on Tuesday 2nd of August. Damn Fine cafe has a vacancy for a cook/chef, full/part time weekends included, daytime shifts only. We close on a Mondays. Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given. Pay negotiable depending on experience.If you are interested then please give Suzan a ring on 07905769648

One of our customers called Tracey Stanley sent me a message today to say " well done for getting in The Sunday Times ". I didn't know what she meant. When I asked her, she sent me a copy of the article in today's Sunday Times which I have attached . We knew nothing of this but we think this is amazing and feel very proud.

Went to this amazing place yesterday. Lovely welcoming and was seated straight away.



Wonderful waiting staff, wasn't rushed and was even told when ordering the 'I'll be damned breakfast' it was massive and could I cope (I managed 96% of it!).

Food came out within 15 minutes (even though they were busy) and freshly cooked!



Possibly the best breakfast I've ever had!



Nothing was under or overcooked, fried bread was amazing and didn't leave the usual greasy aftertaste! The chef/s are awesome!

Next time I'm in Lichfield I'll be definitely returning!

An amazing gem in a small town!

We had my sons birthday breakfast yesterday, it was incredibly busy but they made us feel

More than welcome. 2 veggies and 2 meat eaters we had plenty to choose from and the good was very good. We were then provided with clean plates and cutlery to eat the birthday cake my sons girlfriend had baked and brought along. All in all a great morning and we didn't realise until we got home and looked at the receipt what very good value it all was . I can only thank them profusely and look forward to returning soon.

Lovely place in the heart of the city perfect for those memorable days when you can just chill out over brekkie and a brew

Lovely food & fab friendly service. Struggled to make a decision yesterday but was offered an unexpected sample of the soup of the day, decision made for me, it was delicious

Have not had hash browns for 20 years since being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Thank you so much for the food, service and the chance for me to have a full english breakfast!

First time here yesterday and I will definitely be back again,quick and efficient service ,friendly staff and excellent omelettes too.

First time here today and we will definitely be returning.. Staff are so welcoming and helpful.. We planned to sit outside as we had our dog with us but the staff happily invited us all in together and gave us a quiet table in the corner which we were so grateful for as it was a cold day to say the least!.. Great service and my dog loved getting a fuss.. Highly recommend �

Fantastic place for lunch. Wonderful welcome and able to accommodate six of us with a smile. Good selection of gluten free options and the soup was amazing. Can't recommend highly enough . Hope to pop by again when next in Lichfield

Fantastic cafe with great food, not the biggest but that's what makes it for me. The service is spot on and the food, well the food is just lovely. Tried most things from the breakfast to the specials of the day and can't fault one bit! Well worth a visit guys.

Best place to eat in Lichfield. The menu has something for everyone and the look after anyone with special dietary needs brilliantly. I am a coeliac and they have loads of food I can eat. They have bread, sausages, cakes and gluten free soup so you get the same potions as everyone else, just no gluten.

Amazing good quality food with free range bacon and sausage. Love the food and service here and always look after my dog when eating outside. Top class and they are licenced!

We were out for a meal with friends yesterday in the damn fine cafe in Lichfield. Popped to the loo and was pleased to find a changing places poster in there. Whilst they couldn't have accommodated a changing place at their venue due to space I was really chuffed to see they had info on where the closest was. food and service were good too
