Doing a removal for a customer today and the first run was a Luton van full of plants and garden furniture, we had some time to kill while she was waiting for her keys so instead of dumping her items to let her sort them, we set out her garden as a surprise for her arriving.
After the stress of moving house and the added stress of waiting for lawyers to hand over keys, we felt it was the least we could do. To say she was pleased would be an understatement!
It’s all about the customer experience 👌!

This is the route we are taking tomorrow and will be driving back up to Glasgow with an empty Luton van. If anyone has anything on this route or near needing brought back to Glasgow or surrounding areas feel free to give us a message.
On one of our recent trips to London we brought back items for a customer who would normally have paid near £600 to have them delivered to Glasgow but because it was on our way home we only charged £250!

Hi folks,
We done a job at the weekend going from Glasgow to London, while we were down there we got a message from someone who needed a photo booth picked up from London and brought back to Glasgow. We collected it for him and he paid a lot less than what it would normally cost because we were already there.
