Bought a 3 year old insignia that had previously been a cat d and had developed an electrical fault. Vauxhall wanted to replace the wiring harness at the cost of £3500. A trip to Darryl and Gareth along with a couple of hundred of pounds and problems sorted. An honest and informed approach to what work will be carried out including costs was given every step of the way. Real honesty goes a long way and these guys give you that from the first call to giving you the keys back. Reccommend them to everyone. Thanks guys

Great place for getting your car problems fixed

My Audi A4 had a malfunctioning speedo which I was told would need a new instrument panel or wiring loom. I was recommended Daryl and he traced a faulty wire which cost under £100 to rectify, a saving of at least £500

Well deserved five stars. My bargain A2 audi turned out to be not so much of a bargain when it turned out to have a long standing problem that had been attempted to be solved on previous occasions. Daryl was recommended to us so as a last attempt we put the car there. Daryl patiently worked on the car and eliminated many niggles along the way. He kept us informed all along the way as to what he had found, was suspecting, would try next as well as keeping us informed of all the costs. He was very thorough and it proved worthwhile. The car has never missed a beat since I got it back. I waited many years to buy an A2 and thanks to Daryl and Gareth it was well worth the wait.
Definitely recommend them.

Having just noticed the poor and incorrect review from Mr Macleod, I believe it is only fair to post the facts.
The car in question did indeed have a faulty fusebox (caused by water ingress) and left us fully operational, having also fixed further damage caused by the customer.
We were advised a short time later that a similar fault had occurred and we agreed to take the car in to investigate the matter free of charge. Unfortunately the car never came back so no rectification was possible. Given the nature of the fault, we were expecting water to have entered the new fusebox.
We have large amounts of very happy private and trade customers and carry out all of our work to a very high standard. Unfortunately it's not always possible to keep everyone happy, but we certainly try our best.
