14 years ago I was forced to have a vested interest in photography. Back then I was lacking the high quality images of my instruments to display on my guitars' website which would do them any justice; and, during those financially hard times of building up my lutherie business, I could not afford to pay for a professional photographer. That would now seem to have been in my future favour, because in the many years that followed, what ensued was a deep passion for all genres of photography. Sometimes being skint can have its pleasant surprises!

At that time of poor finance, I sought-out and read a couple of photography books, and then invested £120. 00 - which was a lot of money for me at the time - in my first SLR camera: a Canon T50, with a 50mm, f1: 8 lens, and a 2 x extension to go with it. Needless to say, after that very first purchase, I have since upgraded several times, and have now invested thousands of pounds in photography equipment; and I still use Canon as a preference today. I had kept all of my old camera equipment to remember my progression, but sadly my first two cameras and their lenses were stolen when my home was burgled a year ago.

Traveling far and wide to all of the corners of the earth to capture the wildly eclectic mix of different cultures the human race has to offer is probably where my deepest passion lays. However, I’m just as happy to be indoors shooting products in the comfort of my own studio.

Further to this, all of the images in my photography gallery are for sale. I can have them printed off and sent to you in various sizes, send them as a file, or have them printed on canvas. All of the images vary in size due to them being shot with a variety of cameras, so please enquire about each image as an individual as because of this, they all vary in price. The larger the image the more expensive they shall become. Shipping prices shall of course vary largely depending on the size of your image, and country in which you reside.

Please note, that very much dependent on the screen calibration of your viewing device, the printed colours of the images may vary slightly from the one’s in the images you see on your screen. If fact, even upon uploading all of these images to my gallery, because of that process, I noticed a difference in the green, red and brown tones. Those colours are in fact more vivid in the originals. And, oddly perhaps, some are actually better viewed on my Facebook page.
