Now don't get me wrong, shipping containers have their uses! Mainly for containing stuff on ships....but in this case because there had been some artistic licence from the "owner" the client was left somewhat disappointed by him being the cargo in this instance.
To be fair the guy took it pretty well but I think this highlights an issue that so many sites that you can access for hotels, flights and all the rest are not really regulated and so sometimes you really do not get ...what you expect. I once had a corporate client insist he book his own accommodation, and then 2 hours after his arrival in Rome I got a panicked call from him telling me it had been demolished...… we laughed about it once I'd got him sorted.
The point is, if you want to get the flight that's best for you, the hotel that suits your needs, the touring that compliments your preferences and tastes then don't trust a robot or algorithm, let me get involved and find a better way to travel. Or go and stay in a shipping container....upto you haha!!

2 years and things are looking good! Taking the leap of faith was never a guarantee but hard work and perspiration and a bit of luck get you what you hope sometimes.

A great accolade indeed.
For many travel agents their corporate offering is something to make a quick buck off before eventually the client leaves to another agent who does the same thing.
As this is my business and quite frankly if you don't book then I don't pay the mortgage, my sole aim is to make sure you are happy with both the price, service and duty of care offered so that we develop a relationship which is mutually beneficial to both our businesses.

After a long flight to Cancun we arrived safe and sound and checked into the superb Dreams Riviera Cancun hotel where we'll be for the next 2 nights. Already got fired into some awesome burritos, chimichangas and of course chocolate churros....think I'll need to upgrade on the way home just to fit in the seat!!??

Well lucky me I'm off to Mexico on Wednesday.
