These can be to ensure you attend your class each week or more specific for your programme such as complete all of Attack track 4 (plyometric track) without stopping in the next month or up your weights in the squat track of pump or maybe your goal is to just come and enjoy your favourite class!

We are organising an event to Raise money for Herts Young Homeless charity on 16th of February 2019. (ValentineтАЩs Soir├йe ) 8pm - 11pm
Tickets cost you ┬г15 per person and that includes: Belly Dances, Club Sandwich, welcome wine, live Music, Raffle prize and fantastic Auction for one year Platinum Membership.

Together we sent 50 shoeboxes to help raise a smile for less fortunate children and raised ┬г200 for the Operation Christmas child charity to cover the delivery costs of the shoeboxes.
A massive thank you to you, the members for donating items for the shoeboxes, All the members who took part in our London to Brighton cycle raising funds for the project, The David Lloyd children in Kids club who decorated all the boxes, Steve Jones, Group Cycling Instructor for... hosting the London to Brighton cycle and last but not least Lian McTigue, Family Activity Coordinator for organising and investing a lot of her own time to ensure the boxes came together.
Thank you also to ClarkтАЩs, TescoтАЩs Town Center, CardтАЩs Direct and RKH Specialty for donations for the shoeboxes.
