Allstars Junior tennis update! A fantastic day on Saturday here at the club, where we held the Annual Junior Tennis Club Championships. There were 34 entrants over 6 events, with all players competing for a place in the regional finals held in Glasgow. The standard was high across all events & all players enjoyed themselves. Thank you very much & a huge well done to everyone that took part.... What a fantastic start to our relaunch for Mini Active. The children loved exploring all the new fun toys, equipment and materials we have. As well as developing our ball skills we also developed and learned more about gross motor skills and interaction.

Wonderful club. Facilities are brilliant. Cleanliness is 1st class and the staff are attentive and extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Haven't eaten in the restaurant yet but the food smells lovely. I love this place so much I can hardly stay away. It's showing too. I've lost 2Kg's since joining only 6 weeks ago.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Fab gym, beautiful setting. Perfect place for me to work out and chill out after work. New menu is really yummy too :)

I can't recommend bootcamp enough, it's been absolutely amazing and I've definitely noticed results! I feel so much stronger and fitter after only 6 weeks � massive thank you to James, Paul and Ali for all their efforts! I'm genuinely gutted it's over �

Great venue for a wedding. We had the pleasure of play for Mr & Mrs Telford and loved every minute. Best rolls in sausage ever, and what an amazing view. Next time we will bring some microphones for the bar staff, as they sang along to every song. Great work guys keep it up.

David Lloyds Gym is amazing I take my wee girl swimming there and it's fantastic. The baby pool is heated and they have lots of another things to do and also have a outside pool. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is amazing.

David Lloyd Newhaven is a fabulous club. It has great equipment courts and classes. The staff are superb. They are very supportive and offer expert insights and motivation. It has a warm family atmosphere and juniors are most welcome. Great tennis classes for all groups and ages. Coaches are excellent.

Clean and family friendly.

Very good location, but the place has become significantly less friendy recently with an anti family/kids drive by management.

Thanks to Joshua for letting me set up my pop up aloe bar @ David Lloyd, Newhaven yesterday. It was lovely to meet and chat with staff & gym members. I'll hopefully see you all again next month. x

Very disappointed in Deluxe membership. Private spa is all mouldy, chairs by the pool also, showers by the pool weren't working. They said- they working on it. Yeah, right, maybe next year will be better, why am I paying £90/per month? To breathe mouldy air in the steam room??? Main pool area is really nice. Why don't you make the private steam room n Japanese pool area to some higher standard???

I would like to know why there is never any staff continuity? My son attends Swimming and Tennis and just when he is progressing it seems like the teacher changes and it's starting from scratch again. You would think a club this size could retain its staff.

Been a member for a number of years now, took my grandchildren into soft play on Saturday morning, club is very clean with great facilities, but staff let it down,

I was asked to sign in my guests, even though we were just having a coffee, to which I was told by a very aggressive member of staff that she had to know who was I'm the building, this wasn't the problem, it was the way she spoke to me, and with a very reddened face, couldn't see why she was being like this towards me, so hence not so good a review this time,

The swimming pool staff and the facility needs a lot of attention! The swimming light had fallen on the floor and I got hurt! Staff was more concerned abt the paperwork than the contaminated pool and water. Also the staff refused to get into the water to get the light as they didn't want to get wet!



Additional review! Please keep a tab on your direct debit account! They may debit any amount they wish for and not refund on time! I got charged mid month and it's still not refunded after numerous reminders!

Very disappointed to receive a suspension of my booking rights due to 3 late bookings- 2 of these for Monday 22 May when I arrived at the club in time for my booked classes to take a phone call telling my that my son was sick and I was needed at home. I explained all of this to the receptionist and apologised for the late notice. This is the final straw in my decision to leave the club which no longer represents value for me and my family. I shall be in touch to cancel the membership.

They have cancelled the fireworks, seems the order came from head office. It was one of those little things that made the club different.
