Good Quality instruments for gym and indoor sports

I joined this club over 5 years ago a couple of member of staff have spoke to me Rudely and humiliated me about having a temporary pass a staff member called Ian who hangs up on me and speaks over me and Teresa who was just as bad both stopped me from using the club when I had a temmpary pass given to me by the general manager Paul mgarvey due to my personal circumstances, very dissapointed. The club has a very poor customer service and for the amount of money they charge the staff members Ian and Teressa think think it's there job to stop members from using the club and raise there voice on customers and speak over customers and hang up. Overall the equipment in gym and sauna swim area is the only good thing why I stayed there all this time after being spoken to like this once before today too. I would defiantly not recommend this club very bad service at reception especially and far too expensive .

Tennis facilities are very good. Nice cafe serving good food.
