David Smith Consulting Limited is a Project Management and Innovation consultancy specialising in transport and technology. David Smith is a qualified PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner with an MBA and has run Innovate UK projects, SMART Scotland projects, Public Sector funded projects, European Space Agency projects and internal commercial projects. He is also a co-founding director of Fuse Mobility - a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platform provider. Through over 10 app, webapp and software platform deployments he has coordinated stakeholders in co-creating, specifying, delivering, commercialising and successfully realising the benefits of innovative software products and services. David has also advised organisations on how to best position themselves for MaaS in their own context.
