Warm up properly ⚠️ . . . One of the most common causes of injury is poorly preparing your body for the rigours of a workout... . . . What a fab workout david delivers every week! He motivates you throughout and even joins in with you if you are struggling!! Guaranteed a bit of banter along the way as well and he deserves a medal for putting up with my drama queen acts on a weekly basis!! would highly recommend ��!!

Went to David for a session and totally smashed the abs. Was in pain the next day but totally worth it, no pain no gain would highly recommend ��

Started going to David in the run up to Tough Mudder 2017, with an aim of basically completing the course without making an idiot of myself. Safe to say I managed it however, straight after I went 5 weeks without a workout, at the end of which I tried another obstacle course, and failed considerably. It shows how much I gained (and lost) in just a short time with David. Thanks to him, I have now also surpassed my previous record press up tally of 1, thanks mate.

I've been going to David now for 6months .. I'm not a spring chicken!! but I'm so much fitter than I was before.. I had a gym membership and be lucky if I used it 1/2dozen times . David's explanation and advice on each exercise really makes a difference.

One to one encouragement has really helped me stick at it..

I'm only half way through my first block with David and already can't wait for my next. I come out of every session absolutely dying but that can only be a good thing!

I have known David a long time now, and have always been impressed with his work ethic and effort he puts into his own training. His determination and encouragement always pushed me to work harder whenever I trained with him.



As a coach, his commitment to his athletes was first class and he had his football players hanging on his every word. As a result he was able to get players training hard and performing well on match day with ease.



Whenever he encounters an area he doesn't fully understand he will admit to it, and then spend hours researching multiple sources to ensure he learns and understands it. Whenever he talks about something, he speaks with passion - as he really does know and believe in the stuff he is talking about. David is also not stubborn and set in a specific way. He is open to new ideas and new methods of training - which he will again spend hours researching.



I couldn't recommend David highly enough. Not only will your fitness improve under David, but your understanding of how your body reacts to each exercise, and the importance of having a good diet and sleeping plan will also improve.

I am almost through my 1st block with David and have to say ive never felt more motivated to excercise in my life.This is down to Davids passion for his work.

I was very nervous before i started working with David as i lacked both confidence and energy ..or so i thought as he wasnt long in changing that mindset.He is very good at explaining the benefit of each routine and also listening to what you hope to achieve.

I leave every session looking forward to the next...thanks David

Was put completely at ease straight away and having the 1-1 made it alot easier to work harder than I normally would if I was in a regular gym! David pushes me to my limit, motivates me and has helped me loads.

Im very self concious of gyms so looked for a pt for a while.

David your a credit to yourself and too your clients.

I cant recommend you enough but i will as your the best.

Ive decided to keep using David as my PT as the knowledge he has and help he has given me is worth it.
