About Day One Personal Training
Day One is for those of you that have been wanting to make a change to your health and /or lifestyle but have not yet put a plan in to place. From your initial consultation to your final transformation, Day One will provide you with a blue print and guide you along the way.
Culminating 5 years plus of studying and working with individuals has allowed me to understand and trial various methods of how to improve the body both physically and mentally. This change may be the final result of a body re composition or it may be the increased level of confidence developed from finally reaching your physique goals.
Here at Day One we are also heavily focused on the improvement of strength and conditioning. For those of you that want to enhance your performance for your individual sport, I can provide you with the means to polish your strengths whilst progressing your weaknesses. This will be made possible through the use of specific fitness tests and developing a program to address all issues.
All training will take place inside Napier Universities state of the art performance gym.
No goal is too high with precise and proper planning.
