Great store overall however badly let down by the restaurant. Food is served warm however quickly goes cold while waiting on staff preparing hot drinks and taking payment.

The Flagship of retailers in Glasgow stunning building with all major retailer brands inside. Take moving stairs to level 1 you can walk down menswear into St Enoch Shopping Centre. The Shops sells all latest designer brands including perfumes and cosmetics on first floor. second floor mostly ladies fashions ect top floor little cafe does nice cup tea if you get window seat you might get good view city skyline.

I always come to your shop for my coffee and cram scone. Sorry to say the coffee not so good. Latte just like a fun of warm milk not even got any more. Don't know if it's the coffee or the young ones that are making it. I would think the latter. I'm sorry but I just had to post this

Very friendly and lovely young girl served us today in the perfume dept. Advised on great fragrances for my sons 21st. First class service from a wonderful person. Sorry I didn't ask your name.

Best place in Glasgow for foreign exchange and getting your watch fixed/battery changed

Large, lovely clean store with friendly staff. Great selection of clothes from many designers and different stores. Huge beauty department which stocks many well known brands.

Once we found a staff member to help they were excellent but they don't have ID badges so had to wait at the till queue very poor way for customers to get a staff member

Large department store over several floors. Very comprehensive perfume and cosmetic counters. Sells just about everything you would ever need. Watch out for discount days. Good coffee shop selling lovely scones on top floor.

Big store with great selection but the staff are not helpful. I usual come her to browse fragrances and no one has ever offered to help me out. I think they only cater to costumers that look a certain way.

Have been in Debenhams a couple time now and the staff are always great. They helped me out when I couldn't find a product in store and led me to the click and collect service upstairs as I was looking for an online only deal.

Great variety and selection of own brand and designer names. Shop fitting of the store seems a little tired - doesn't really appear to have changed since the early 90's when the store was converted from the old Lewis 's.
