When they're​ on form the staff here are great, when you get a bad 'un they can be flipping horrid. The shop is well laid out and caters for a wide range of tastes. Frequent sales and discounts mean it can be very affordable.

I came in yesterday Monday 17 with my daughter for shoes for her wedding day. Got great service from a blonde haired girl sorry don't know her name. The rose gold strappy shoes were in the sale for £69.00 the most I have spent on shoes but they were the ones that would go with her dress and comfy too. Thanks again to the girl for her help.

Nothing wrong wrong with the overgate but the debenhams car park is absolutely awfull and so are the assistance team. They were so rude and abnoxious . Lost my ticket so phoned the assistance and they wanted to charge me £12.50 now it's £12.50 to stay for 12-24 hours the car park hadn't even been open that long. They told me very rudley that if I don't pay I won't get my car. I then agreed and said I don't have enough money so il have to pay 10 on card and £2.50 cash they again rudely said I couldn't do that I had better go to a cash point and get money or I won't get my car out. Told them I hadn't got enough money on my card to pay so ther just says well I can't get my car out. I'm a regular user of the car park but from now one I will never use it. The assistance were absoutely horrible and rude and shouldn't be working there if they can't speak politely to customers.
