I'm giving the store 3 stars but for the cafe it would be more. My wife and myself take our granddaughter to the cafe at least twice a week sometimes more. The last couple of weeks have been dissapointing to say the least culminating in yesterday being the worst. The staff while being pleasant have no awareness at all. When I went to find a table leaving my wife and grandaughter getting the order. When I finally found a clear table no mean feat I sat down awaiting my breakfast roll. After 10 mins still waiting my wife said we would be going. The staff seemed unable to see a grown woman and a teenager standing waiting to be served food while customers only wishing a drink just walked past and were served. Last week I eventually found a table that had very little dishes on it and moved them on to another table. The seats were covered in crumbs and this is early morning. All the while a member of staff was replenishing the cups and saucers. The place was quiet why couldn't that staff member have cleaned the tables then stocked up the cups and saucers. Such a shame that staff are so undertrained that I feel I have to bring this to someone's attention.

Excellent and helpful staff on the groundfloor I encountered today.. ..came out smiling and Feeling like a valued customer :-)

Staff were really helpful as I was trying to order accessories for Q forthcoming wedding, and the items posted to home, arrive​d promptly.

A main store in Perth but a bit tired looking, could do with a makeover.

Reasonable department store with selection of goods for most tastes, be it cosmetics, ladies or mens wear and houshold items.
